About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a full-time Unarmed Patrol Officer in Fayetteville, Arkansas, serving a food and beverage location. The officer will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible security presence, support access control, communicate professionally with employees and visitors, and use computer or tablet systems as needed. The position pays $18.00 per hour, with weekly pay. The schedule is Wednesday through Saturday, 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable law.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Meet any licensing requirements imposed by state or local law; licensing may be required before employment.
A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and delivery personnel while following site-specific security procedures and participating in emergency response activities.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, loading docks, and perimeter access points to identify unusual activity or potential hazards.
Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required, and document deliveries, contractor arrivals, and other site activity according to location procedures.
Respond calmly and professionally to incidents, alarms, and critical situations; notify appropriate personnel and complete required reports.
Observe food production, storage, and shipping areas for unauthorized access or suspicious activity, and report concerns to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.
