About The Position
As a Security Officer Badge Verification in Crete, Nebraska, you will serve and safeguard clients at a food and beverage location. You will help manage entry points, verify credentials, monitor access activity, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. The role uses technology to document security-related information and requires attentive customer service and clear communication with site personnel. This is a full-time position scheduled Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, with a pay rate of $18.50 per hour. Applicants must meet the stated age requirement, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and satisfy applicable background investigation and drug-screen conditions. Licensing may be required under state or local rules.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 or older for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
- Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Meet state and/or local licensing requirements if applicable.

Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific access control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
- Monitor access points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, issue visitor passes, and maintain accurate entry and exit records in accordance with site requirements.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly, escalating concerns through established communication channels.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of access areas, the facility perimeter, parking areas, and receiving locations to identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
- Support a controlled food and beverage production environment by following facility access requirements for personnel, vendors, and deliveries.
