About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a part-time Unarmed Patrol Officer to serve and safeguard clients at a financial institution in Irving, Texas. The officer will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, support access control, and respond to alarms as needed. The role involves providing customer service and clear communication while contributing to a professional environment. The position pays $20.00 per hour and has shifts on Wednesday from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, and Saturday and Sunday from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

Requirements

At least 2 years of security-related experience.
At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 or older for armed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
State or local licensing may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by following security procedures, site-specific policies, and applicable emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and professionally, following established financial institution procedures.
Conduct regular and random patrols of banking areas, entrances, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter; identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with access control procedures, and report unauthorized access attempts or suspicious behavior.
Prepare clear, accurate reports and promptly communicate security-related incidents, hazards, and maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel.
