About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a part-time unarmed patrol driver to support a commercial real estate location in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania. The role involves serving and safeguarding clients, maintaining a visible security presence, conducting routine patrols, responding to concerns, and providing customer service and communication. The position requires driving and a valid driver’s license that meets Allied Universal’s driver policy requirements.

The schedule is Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM. The pay rate is $19.44 per hour. Applicants must have at least one year of relevant security experience, meet the applicable age requirement, provide proof of a high school diploma or GED, and undergo a background investigation and drug screen as permitted by law.

Requirements

• At least one year of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements; a copy must be provided during the application process.
• At least 21 years of age, as stated in the job’s age requirement.
• A high school diploma or GED, with proof required.
• Successful completion of a background investigation, subject to applicable laws.
• A drug screen, to the extent permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and property staff while following site-specific procedures and security policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, common areas, parking areas, loading docks, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and help maintain orderly entry and exit procedures.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations, follow emergency response procedures, and notify appropriate personnel.
• Prepare accurate reports and activity logs documenting incidents, observations, and actions taken during assigned shifts.
