About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a full-time, unarmed Security Officer Patrol Deployment in South Bend, Indiana. The officer will serve and safeguard clients at a logistics-focused location by conducting routine patrols, maintaining a visible presence to help deter incidents, and reporting security-related concerns. The role also involves providing customer service, communicating clearly with personnel and visitors, and supporting daily operations with integrity.

The schedule is Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM. The pay rate is $18.20 per hour.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Undergo a background investigation as a condition of employment.
• Undergo a drug screen as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.
• Meet applicable state or local licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and with a problem-solving approach.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
• Maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents and report security-related concerns.
• Communicate clearly with personnel and visitors and support daily operations.
