About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a full-time Unarmed Patrol Officer at a food and beverage location in Waco, Texas. The officer will help safeguard employees and visitors by monitoring and patrolling assigned areas, maintaining a visible presence, controlling access, and reporting security-related activity. The role includes providing customer service, following site-specific procedures, responding to incidents, and documenting observations using computer or tablet tools. The listed rate is $20.50 per hour. The schedule is Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Undergo a background investigation as a condition of employment.
Undergo a drug screen as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.
Meet applicable state or local licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.

Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and participate in emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond calmly to incidents and critical situations, following site protocols and reporting requirements.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of food production areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter locations.
Monitor access, verify authorized entry, and help deter unauthorized activity through a visible presence and timely reporting.
Document observations, incidents, and irregular conditions according to site procedures and Allied Universal requirements.
