About The Position

As a full-time Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial media location in San Antonio, Texas, you will safeguard clients and help maintain a welcoming environment through routine patrols, a visible professional presence, and courteous communication. The role includes monitoring assigned areas, following site-specific procedures and access-control protocols, documenting activity, and assisting with emergency response as directed.

Requirements

At least 1 year of security-related experience.
At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing may be required prior to employment, subject to state and local laws and regulations.
A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, employees, and vendors while carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control protocols, and emergency response activities.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, entrances, loading areas, and perimeter locations; identify and report unusual conditions or security concerns.
Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and maintain accurate visitor, incident, and patrol documentation.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and professionally; notify appropriate contacts and assist with emergency response procedures as directed.
Maintain a visible, professional presence to help deter unauthorized activity and support a welcoming environment.
