Security Officer Full Time Patrol

About The Position

As a full-time unarmed patrol Security Officer at a financial institution in Saint Louis, Missouri, you will safeguard clients by monitoring and patrolling assigned areas, maintaining a visible presence, and providing customer service and clear communication. You will help create a welcoming environment, document observations, and respond to security-related concerns. The role is scheduled Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and pays $21.00 per hour.

Requirements

At least two years of security-related experience.
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Meet licensing requirements applicable under state and/or local laws; a license may be required before employment.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience.
Comfort using a computer or tablet.
A state-, county-, or city-issued security license.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees while carrying out security procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of banking areas, entrances, parking areas, ATMs, and the surrounding perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
Monitor access points and observe visitor, employee, and contractor activity in accordance with site procedures.
Respond calmly and professionally to incidents, alarms, and critical situations, escalating concerns according to established protocols.
Complete activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation accurately and promptly.
