About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a full-time unarmed patrol officer at a healthcare location in Mountain View, California. The officer will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible security presence, respond to concerns, and provide welcoming customer service to patients, visitors, and staff. The role supports a secure environment through integrity and teamwork. The position pays $25.50 per hour. The schedule is Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

Requirements

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Meet applicable state and local licensing requirements; licensing may be required before employment.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience is preferred.
A Guard Card or applicable license is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by following site-specific procedures and policies and carrying out emergency response activities in a healthcare setting.
Respond calmly and professionally to incidents, medical emergencies, disturbances, and other critical situations, following established protocols.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned buildings, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
Monitor access points and report suspicious activity, hazards, policy violations, and maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel.
Prepare accurate incident reports and maintain clear communication with site contacts, emergency responders, and Allied Universal leadership.
