Security Officer - Computer Operations
About The Position
Allied Universal is hiring a full-time Unarmed Security Officer for a commercial real estate location in Chandler, Arizona. The officer will help safeguard the client’s property and create a welcoming environment through customer service, patrols, access control support, and clear communication. The role is scheduled Wednesday through Sunday, 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM, and pays $18.53 per hour. Applicants must have at least one year of security-related experience and a high school diploma or equivalent. Employment is conditional on a background investigation and, to the extent permitted by law, a drug screen. State or local licensing may be required before employment. The position is unarmed; the posting states that unarmed roles require candidates to be at least 18 years old.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and staff while following site-specific procedures and property policies and, when appropriate, performing emergency response activities.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, parking areas, access points, common areas, and perimeter locations; identify and report unusual conditions.
- Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required, and report unauthorized access attempts or policy violations to appropriate personnel.
- Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations by following post orders and escalation procedures.
- Accurately document patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related activities in required logs and reports.
