About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a part-time, unarmed Security Officer Computer Assisted Patrol in Saint Louis, Missouri, at a technology, media, and telecommunications location. The role serves and safeguards clients by providing customer service and carrying out site-specific security procedures. Officers conduct visible patrols, monitor access points, respond to incidents, and document observations and security concerns. The stated schedule is Thursday and Friday from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. The pay rate is $16.50 per hour.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Submit to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
Submit to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Meet applicable state or local licensing requirements, if required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors while following site-specific security procedures and policies.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas, identifying unusual activity and reporting concerns.
Monitor access points and verify visitor, contractor, and vendor authorization according to site requirements.
Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations, follow emergency response procedures, and notify appropriate personnel.
Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain activity logs documenting patrol observations, incidents, and security-related concerns.
