About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a part-time Unarmed Security Patrol Officer for a logistics and distribution location in High Point, North Carolina. The officer will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and deliveries. The role emphasizes customer service, clear communication, reporting observations, and reflecting the company’s people-first, team-oriented, reliable, innovative, agile, and integrity-driven values. The position is scheduled for daytime shifts on Saturday and Sunday from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM and pays $15.30 per hour. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Submit to a background investigation as a condition of employment, in accordance with applicable laws.
Submit to a drug screen as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.
Meet applicable state or local licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and participate in emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond calmly to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations, following site procedures and reporting requirements.
Conduct regular and random patrols of loading areas, warehouse spaces, parking areas, access points, and the property perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor entry and exit activity for personnel, visitors, contractors, and delivery drivers according to site-specific procedures.
Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities in required reports and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
