About The Position

As a Security Officer Unarmed Route Driver in Chantilly, Virginia, you will help safeguard clients at a logistics-focused location. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, conduct routine driving patrols, support access control activities, and provide professional customer service and communication. The role is part-time and scheduled Friday and Saturday from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. The pay rate is $22.00 per hour. The site has limited on-site facilities, including portable toilets and rustic guard shacks.

Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions and must meet Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation, consistent with applicable laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
State or local licensing requirements may apply and may be required before employment.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience is preferred.
Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and perform emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and with a problem-solving approach.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and its perimeter.
