About The Position

As a Security Officer Unarmed Route Driver in Roseau, Minnesota, you will serve and safeguard clients in a primarily driving patrol role. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service. You will use communication skills and technology to report observations and support daily operations. The role is part-time and pays $20.00 per hour. The posted schedule is Friday and Saturday from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM and Sunday from 11:00 PM to 5:00 AM. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site. Requirements

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements and for driving positions.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required before employment.

Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and participate in emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
Monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and report observations using communication skills and technology.
