About The Position

As a part-time Unarmed Security Officer and Vehicle Route Driver at an automotive location in Pattison, Texas, you will help safeguard employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel. You will drive patrol routes, monitor assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to deter security-related incidents, and provide professional customer service. The role involves following site-specific policies and security procedures, supporting emergency response activities, and reporting observations. The schedule is Thursday and Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM. The pay rate is $21.37 per hour.

Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
A high school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements may apply prior to employment depending on state and/or local laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while carrying out security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, parking facilities, access points, exterior grounds, and perimeter areas, reporting unusual conditions and potential hazards.
Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for personnel, visitors, vendors, and vehicles in accordance with site procedures.
Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations, document observations, and notify appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders.
Complete required reports, activity logs, and incident documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
Help deter unauthorized activity.
