About The Position

As a Security Officer Unarmed Vehicle Patrol Driver in Knoxville, Tennessee, you will safeguard a food and beverage production location by conducting routine patrols, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and providing customer service and communication. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. The role is part-time, with scheduled shifts on Saturday and Sunday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, at a pay rate of $16.00 per hour.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 or older for armed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements may apply under state or local laws and regulations and may be required before employment.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and drivers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities.
Conduct regular and random patrols of facility buildings, production areas, parking areas, access points, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
Monitor access to the location, verify visitor and vendor credentials as required, and maintain accurate security-related logs and reports.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly, following site-specific procedures and communicating with appropriate personnel.
Observe and report unusual conditions, damaged property, access-control issues, and policy violations to Allied Universal leadership and site management.
