About The Position

As a part-time unarmed vehicle patrol driver at an automotive manufacturing location in Pattison, Texas, you will help safeguard employees, visitors, contractors, and drivers. You will conduct vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, support a welcoming environment, provide customer service, communicate clearly, and report security-related concerns. The scheduled hours are Saturdays and Sundays, 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM. The pay rate is $21.37 per hour.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements; required for driving positions.
At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 or older for armed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements may apply under state or local laws and regulations and may be required before employment.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and drivers while following site-specific security procedures and policies.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, parking lots, vehicle storage areas, access points, and the perimeter to identify unusual activity or conditions.
Monitor access by verifying credentials, documenting visitor and contractor entry, and communicating access concerns to appropriate site personnel.
Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations while following established emergency response protocols.
Complete accurate reports, maintain activity logs, and communicate observations or incidents to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
