About The Position

As a Security Officer, you will serve and safeguard clients across industries including commercial real estate, healthcare, education, and government. Work environments and conditions may vary by client site. Employment is subject to a background investigation and drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements vary under state and local laws and may be required before employment; a valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles or 21 years old for armed roles.
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent, or five years of verifiable experience.
• Submit to a background investigation in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
• Submit to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Meet applicable state or local licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.
• Have a valid driver’s license if applying for a driving position.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
