About The Position

Marksman Security is hiring seasonal Event Security Officers to help create a welcoming and secure environment. Officers monitor access, verify credentials, and assist visitors and employees while maintaining a strong security presence and providing exceptional customer service and communication. Seasonal work may lead to future full-time permanent opportunities based on job performance.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Excellent customer service, professionalism, and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize assigned tasks.
• Valid driver's license, if applicable.
• Applicants are subject to a background and fingerprint investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
• Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Nice To Haves

• Previous security, law enforcement, or military experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge and greet guests with courtesy and professionalism.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, following established protocols.
• Communicate and coordinate with the site DOS regarding security-related matters.
• Assist with emergency response activities, including guiding individuals during evacuations or lockdowns.
• Help maintain order by deterring unauthorized access and disruptive behavior.
