About The Position

The Security Officer helps provide a safe hotel environment while delivering welcoming, professional hospitality to guests. The role monitors hotel premises, supports incident investigations and emergency response, keeps accurate security records, and assists guests with inquiries and concerns. Candidates need at least one year of security experience and must be able to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Patrol interior and exterior hotel premises to identify and address safety and security risks, threats, and undesirable conditions.
• Conduct preliminary incident investigations, gather relevant information, document findings, and support accurate incident reporting.
• Prepare security reports and records and ensure their accuracy.
• Assist in responding to safety hazards, fires, medical incidents, and security threats.
• Respond to guest inquiries and concerns professionally and efficiently.
