About The Position

The Flex Security Officer provides security at various client sites by protecting people, property, and assets. The role includes patrolling premises, monitoring security systems, controlling access, and responding to emergencies to maintain a safe and secure environment. Officers also serve as helpful, professional resources and ensure people on the property follow safety protocols.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age.
High school diploma or GED.
Valid driver's license and clear driving record.
Above-average computer and technology skills.
At least 6 months of security experience.
Ability to work independently and provide excellent customer service.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and vigilant throughout the shift.
Ability to respond to emergencies with rapid, effective judgment and appropriate escalation.
Strong observational skills, excellent communication abilities, and quick decision-making capabilities.
Willingness to participate in the company's pre-employment screening process, including a drug screen and background investigation.

Conduct regular patrols of premises, including buildings, parking lots, and entry points, to identify potential security risks.
Monitor and operate surveillance cameras, alarm systems, and security equipment.
