Multi-Site Security Officer
About The Position
The Multi-Site Security Officer works across locations in Battle Creek and the surrounding area, covering staffing shortages caused by vacations, call-offs, illnesses, no-shows, and other absences. The role requires flexible availability across all shifts, including weekends and holidays, and the ability to accept assignments on short notice. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between work locations are required. Security Officers help maintain a safe and secure environment by monitoring and patrolling client premises, observing and reporting activities and incidents, and enforcing site regulations and directives for personnel, visitors, and the area. They help protect client property and personnel and may provide customer service and information to clients’ employees and customers. The position pays $20.00 per hour and offers weekly pay and growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Flexible availability to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to multiple work locations in Battle Creek and the surrounding area.
- Strong attendance record and dependable work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing environments.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with computers and technology.
- Valid Michigan driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Must pass a drug screen and background check.
- Must meet and continue to meet applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers/Guards.
