Multi-Site Security Officer
About The Position
The Multi-Site Security Officer monitors and patrols different client sites on a variety of schedules. The officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment by actively monitoring and patrolling premises, preserving order, and enforcing site regulations and directives related to personnel, visitors, and the surrounding area. Officers may also provide customer service and information to client employees and customers. This role covers staffing shortages caused by vacations, call-offs, illnesses, no-shows, and other absences. It requires flexible availability across multiple locations and shifts, including weekends and holidays, reliable transportation, and the ability to accept assignments on short notice. No experience is necessary; training is provided. Candidates with retail, food service, hospitality, security, customer service, military, law enforcement, or loss prevention backgrounds may be a good fit. Requirements
- Ability to work flexible schedules across multiple locations.
- Flexible availability to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to multiple work locations.
- Strong attendance record and dependable work ethic.
- Ability to accept and respond to assignments on short notice.
- Valid Michigan driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing environments.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with computers and technology.
