About The Position

The Multi-Site Security Officer monitors and patrols different client sites on a variety of schedules, helping maintain a safe and secure environment. The role preserves order by enforcing client-site regulations and directives concerning personnel, visitors, and the surrounding area. Officers may also provide customer service and information to clients’ employees and customers.

This position covers staffing shortages caused by vacations, call-offs, illnesses, no-shows, and other absences. It requires flexible availability across multiple locations in Lansing and the surrounding area, including all shifts, weekends, and holidays, as well as the ability to respond to assignments on short notice. Reliable transportation is required.

Requirements

• Flexible availability to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays, and across multiple locations.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to work locations in Lansing and the surrounding area.
• Strong attendance record and dependable work ethic.
• Valid Michigan driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing environments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers and technology.
• No prior experience is necessary; training is provided.
