About The Position

The Multi-Site Security Officer monitors and patrols different client sites on a variety of schedules. The role helps maintain a safe and secure environment by actively monitoring and patrolling client premises, preserving order, and enforcing site regulations and directives relating to personnel, visitors, and the surrounding area. Officers also frequently provide customer service and information to clients’ employees and customers. The position requires flexible scheduling across multiple locations, covering staffing shortages caused by absences, and responding to assignments on short notice. Officers must be willing to travel to work locations in Lansing and the surrounding area. No prior experience is necessary; Securitas provides training for candidates entering the security industry.

Requirements

Ability to work flexible schedules across multiple locations.
Flexible availability to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to multiple work locations in Lansing and the surrounding area.
Strong attendance record and dependable work ethic.
Valid Michigan driver's license with a clean driving record.
Experience working independently and adapting to changing environments.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with computers and technology.
