About The Position

The Flex Security Officer provides security at various client sites, protecting people, property, and assets through patrols, monitoring systems, access control, and emergency response. Requirements

Be 18 years of age or older.
High school diploma or GED.
Valid driver's license and clear driving record.
Above-average computer and technology skills.
Ability to work independently and provide excellent customer service.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and vigilant throughout the shift.
Ability to respond to emergencies with rapid, effective judgment and appropriate escalation.
Strong observational skills, excellent communication abilities, and quick decision-making capabilities.
Willingness to participate in the company's pre-employment screening process, including a drug screen and background investigation.
