About The Position

As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Client Service in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, you will serve and safeguard clients at a financial institution. You will conduct routine unarmed patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors, and document security-related activities using computer or tablet tools. The role calls for integrity, teamwork, strong communication, and a customer-service-oriented approach.

This is a full-time position scheduled Wednesday through Sunday, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM. The stated pay rate is $22.75 per hour.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; armed roles require applicants to be at least 21.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Submit to a background investigation as a condition of employment, consistent with applicable laws.
• Submit to a drug screen as a condition of employment to the extent permitted by law.
• Meet applicable state and/or local licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.

Nice To Haves

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities.
• Respond calmly and professionally to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations, following site protocols and reporting requirements.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, business areas, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required, and direct guests according to site procedures.
• Prepare accurate activity reports and promptly communicate observations, incidents, and maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel.
