About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a full-time Unarmed Patrol Officer for a busy warehouse location in Swedesboro, New Jersey. The officer will safeguard clients by conducting routine and random patrols, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and supporting a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. The role requires professional communication, responsiveness to site needs, dependable service, teamwork, and integrity. The scheduled shifts are Monday through Thursday and Sunday, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Pay is $16.00 per hour.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Undergo a background investigation as a condition of employment, consistent with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Undergo a drug screen as a condition of employment to the extent permitted by law.
Meet any applicable state or local licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and participate in emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and with a problem-solving approach.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
Maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors.
Communicate professionally, respond to site needs, and provide dependable service through teamwork and integrity.
