Security Officer Full Time Experienced Unarmed Site Patrol

About The Position

As a full-time Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal in Ashville, Ohio, you will serve and safeguard clients by monitoring and patrolling assigned areas, maintaining a visible presence to help deter incidents, and responding professionally to security-related concerns. You will provide customer service to visitors and team members and help support a welcoming environment. The position is scheduled for 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM on Monday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, and pays $25.00 per hour.

Requirements

At least 2 years of security-related experience.
At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
State or local licensing may be required before employment.
A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors while carrying out security procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, production areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations; identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and maintain accurate logs and incident documentation.
Respond calmly and constructively to incidents and critical situations, notifying appropriate site contacts or emergency responders when needed.
Help protect proprietary materials, equipment, and information by reporting policy concerns and following established site protocols.
