About The Position

As a full-time Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal in Dallas, Texas, you will serve and safeguard clients across a range of industries. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a secure environment. The role includes responding to security-related concerns, communicating professionally with visitors and staff, and delivering customer service. The posted schedule is Tuesday and Wednesday, 11:00 PM–7:00 AM, and Saturday and Sunday, 7:00 PM–7:00 AM. The pay rate is $18.00 per hour.

Requirements

At least 1 year of security-related experience.
At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Must undergo a background investigation, in accordance with applicable laws.
Must undergo a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Meet any applicable state or local licensing requirements prior to employment.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and tenants by carrying out security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and professionally, following established site protocols.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of property, building areas, parking facilities, and the perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location.
Report security-related concerns, maintenance issues, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
Prepare clear, accurate activity and incident reports, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
