About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a full-time Security Officer Dispatch Operations in Westlake, Texas, to serve and safeguard clients at a financial institution. The role coordinates communications, monitors activity, supports timely responses to security-related situations, maintains accurate records, provides professional customer service, and helps promote a secure environment for employees and visitors. The position pays $19.75 per hour and is scheduled Monday through Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday from 2:15 PM to 10:15 PM.

Requirements

At least 6 months of security-related experience.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles or 21 years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing may be required before employment, subject to state and/or local laws and regulations.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience.
Comfort using a computer or tablet.
CPR and First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
Monitor incoming calls, alarms, and communications; dispatch appropriate personnel or emergency services according to established procedures.
Accurately and promptly document incidents, requests for assistance, and dispatch activity using required logs and reporting systems.
Respond calmly and effectively to incidents and critical situations, escalating concerns to appropriate site contacts or Allied Universal leadership.
Maintain awareness of activity across assigned areas through communications systems, cameras, or access-control platforms to help deter unauthorized activity.
