About The Position

The Dispatch Security Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for clients by monitoring premises and supporting security operations. Security officers may patrol locations, preserve order, enforce site regulations and directives, and provide customer service and information to client employees and customers. The role involves observing and reporting activities and incidents at an assigned client site to help protect client property and personnel. Requirements

At least 2 years of security experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Pass a drug screen and background check.
Meet and continue to meet applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers/Guards.
Ability to sit, stand, and walk frequently for extended periods; the work may involve climbing stairs and walking on inclines or uneven terrain.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

Nice To Haves

Dispatch experience is preferred.
Retail, food service, or hospitality experience is considered a good fit; training is provided for those new to the security industry.
