About The Position

The Dispatch Security Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for clients by monitoring premises and supporting security operations. Security officers observe and report activities and incidents at assigned sites, help protect client property and personnel, preserve order, and enforce site regulations and directives. They may patrol locations and provide customer service and information to client employees and customers. The role requires dispatch experience, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to meet applicable security licensing requirements and pass a drug screen and background check. The posted schedule is 12-hour rotations from 5 p.m. to 5 a.m. The wage is $19.46 per hour. Requirements

Must have dispatch experience.
Must have excellent customer service skills.
Must pass a drug screen and background check.
Must be able to meet and continue to meet applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers/Guards.
Frequent sitting, standing, and walking may be required for long periods; duties may involve climbing stairs and walking on inclines or uneven terrain.
May need to frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
