About The Position

As a Security Officer Dispatch Signal Coordination in Richardson, Texas, you will serve and safeguard clients at a commercial real estate location. You will monitor alarms, access control activity, and incoming communications; coordinate responses to security-related incidents; and provide professional customer service. You will use technology to document activity, communicate with site personnel, and help maintain an organized environment.

Requirements

At least 1 year of security-related experience.
At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements may apply under state or local laws and regulations and may be required before employment.
A valid driver's license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures and emergency response activities when appropriate.
Monitor incoming calls, alarms, radio traffic, and electronic systems; document activity and dispatch personnel or appropriate resources according to site procedures.
Respond calmly to incidents, service requests, and critical situations, communicating relevant information to site contacts and responding personnel.
Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident reports, shift records, and other required documentation in accordance with company and site-specific procedures.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter as assigned, reporting maintenance concerns, access issues, and other security-related conditions.
