About The Position

As a part-time Security Officer Incident Dispatch at a financial institution location in Westlake, Texas, you will coordinate communications, monitor incoming information, and support timely responses to security-related needs. You will maintain situational awareness, document activity, assist with access control processes, and provide customer service. The listed pay rate is $19.75 per hour. The schedule is Saturday and Sunday, 6:15 AM–2:15 PM. Requirements

• At least 6 months of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles or at least 21 years old for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
• Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required before employment.
• A valid driver's license is required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by following site-specific security procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities at a financial services location.
• Receive, prioritize, and dispatch calls for security assistance, alarms, incidents, and service requests using established communication and dispatch procedures.
• Monitor communication systems, alarm notifications, and relevant site activity; accurately document incident details, dispatch actions, and follow-up information.
• Respond calmly to incidents and critical situations, coordinating with on-site personnel and emergency responders as appropriate.
• Maintain detailed dispatch logs and incident reports while communicating professionally with personnel across the location.
