About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Dispatch Security Officer – Tactical in Blue Springs, Mississippi. The role involves moving throughout the shift and patrolling sensitive environments to identify suspicious activity, anticipate risks, and help protect people and property. The schedule is Saturday and Sunday on second shift, with weekdays varying on third shift. The hourly wage is $19.38. Uniforms are provided at no cost, and DailyPay is available to GardaWorld employees.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of previous emergency or logistics dispatch experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver's license and clean motor vehicle report.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Able to pass an extensive screening process.
• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift.
• State license if required.

Nice To Haves

• First aid certification is an asset.
• Security, military, or law enforcement experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Patrol sensitive areas to identify suspicious activity.
• Verify identities and control access to secure areas.
• Respond quickly to threats or incidents.
• Check that alarms and cameras are functioning properly.
• Document incidents and actions taken.
• Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks.
• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents.
• Help ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.
