About The Position

As a full-time Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location in Lewisville, Texas, you will help safeguard clients, employees, visitors, and contractors. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to security concerns, and support a welcoming and professional environment. The role includes completing reports using computer or tablet tools and providing customer service while following site-specific procedures and policies.

The scheduled shifts are Monday through Friday, 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. The pay rate is $18.75 per hour. Applicants must have at least one year of security-related experience and a high school diploma or equivalent. Applicants must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles. Employment is subject to a background investigation and, where permitted by law, a drug screen. Licensing may be required under applicable state or local laws. A valid driver’s license is required only for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific security procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
• Respond calmly and professionally to incidents, alarms, and critical situations, escalating concerns according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, office spaces, parking areas, and the facility perimeter; identify and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization as directed by site procedures, and maintain required logs and reports.
• Help enforce site rules, report hazards or maintenance concerns, and support a professional environment for employees, visitors, and contractors.
