About The Position

As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Threat Recognition in Bridgeport, Pennsylvania, you will safeguard clients at a logistics and distribution location. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, clear communication, integrity, teamwork, and responding to security-related concerns. This is a full-time position paying $17.92 per hour. The posted schedule is 11:00 PM–7:00 AM, Monday through Friday.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Submit to a background investigation as a condition of employment, in accordance with applicable laws.
Submit to a drug screen as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.
Meet any applicable state or local licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees while carrying out site-specific security procedures and appropriate emergency response activities.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the distribution facility, parking areas, loading docks, trailer yards, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor access points and verify authorization for personnel, visitors, and delivery drivers entering restricted areas.
Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations, escalating concerns according to site procedures.
Accurately document patrols, observations, incidents, and visitor activity in required reports or electronic systems.
