About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a full-time unarmed Patrol Officer for a commercial real estate location in Delray Beach, Florida. The officer will help safeguard the property, tenants, and visitors by conducting patrols, supporting access control, maintaining a visible security presence, and providing professional customer service. The role requires communicating clearly, documenting observations with technology, and working collaboratively with the security team. The schedule is Tuesday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., and Sunday, 3:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. The pay rate is $15.92 per hour.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Submit to a background investigation, as a condition of employment.
Submit to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Meet applicable state or local licensing requirements; licensing may be required before employment.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, and critical situations calmly and professionally, escalating matters according to site procedures.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, common areas, parking facilities, exterior grounds, and perimeter areas.
Monitor access points and observe property activity.
Report maintenance concerns, suspicious conditions, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
Complete activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications in accordance with company and site-specific procedures.
