About The Position

Securitas USA is hiring full-time, entry-level Security Officers for data center positions in Manassas, Haymarket, and Gainesville, Virginia. The pay rate is $19.75 per hour. Available shifts are 2:00 PM–10:00 PM and 10:00 PM–6:00 AM. Employees are required to work at least one weekend shift, Saturday or Sunday. The position involves monitoring and assessing environments, following security protocols, communicating effectively, and providing customer service. Employees must be able to sit, stand, walk for extended periods, climb stairs, and navigate uneven terrain.

Requirements

• Pass a drug screen and background check.
• Have a valid driver's license.
• Meet all state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers.
• Be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Be over the age of 18.
• Be available to work at least one weekend shift, Saturday or Sunday.
• Demonstrate critical thinking and the ability to assess situations and make informed decisions.
• Be observant and diligent in monitoring and assessing environments.
• Be able to follow instructions and adhere to protocols and guidelines.
• Have exceptional customer service skills and excellent communication skills.
• Be physically able to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods, climb stairs, and navigate uneven terrain.
