About The Position

As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Inspection in Knoxville, Tennessee, you will serve and safeguard clients at a logistics and distribution location. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support the flow of operations. You will provide customer service and clear communication while representing Allied Universal’s culture with integrity and teamwork.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Meet any applicable state or local licensing requirements, which may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of loading areas, parking lots, building exteriors, access points, and perimeter areas at a logistics and distribution location.
Monitor access to the location, verify visitor and driver credentials as required, and report unauthorized activity or policy concerns to appropriate personnel.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and documenting observations.
Observe shipping and receiving activity for unusual conditions, help deter unauthorized access, and maintain accurate activity, incident, and patrol reports.
