About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Security Officer for an AI company site in San Jose, California. This full-time role is scheduled Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., and pays $25 per hour. The position emphasizes customer service and building reassuring, confidence-inspiring connections while protecting people and property in a corporate environment.

The officer will welcome and guide visitors, verify identities, manage access, conduct patrols, monitor and report security concerns, and respond to incidents. The role also involves answering questions in person or by phone, writing incident reports, identifying security equipment maintenance needs, providing first aid, and coordinating with emergency teams. Requirements

• Hold a valid California BSIS Guard Card and have completed the additional 32 hours of BSIS security training; additional training may be obtained during the hiring process.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Have at least one year of corporate security experience.
• Have excellent customer service skills.
• Have basic phone and computer skills.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Include an up-to-date security resume.
