About The Position

As a part-time Unarmed Patrol Officer at an automotive manufacturing location in Santa Teresa, New Mexico, you will help safeguard the site and provide customer service. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, support access control, and communicate professionally. The role requires fluency in both English and Spanish. The stated schedule is Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The pay rate is $15.25 per hour.

Requirements

Speak, read, and write fluent Spanish; the posting also requires bilingual English and Spanish.
Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Undergo a background investigation as a condition of employment.
Undergo a drug screen as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.
Meet applicable state or local licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.

Responsibilities

Carry out site-specific security procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and professionally, using problem-solving skills.
Conduct regular and random patrols of manufacturing, office, parking, and perimeter areas; document observations and report concerns.
Monitor access points, verify authorized entry, and assist with visitor, contractor, and delivery procedures.
Maintain a visible presence to help deter unauthorized activity and promptly report hazards, suspicious activity, and policy violations.
Provide customer service and contribute to a welcoming, secure environment.
