About The Position

The Security Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for clients by actively monitoring premises and patrolling a variety of locations. The role preserves order by enforcing regulations and directives at a client site concerning personnel, visitors, and the area. Security Officers also frequently provide customer service and information to clients’ employees and customers.

This is a part-time position in Evesham, New Jersey, scheduled on Saturdays and Sundays. Listed shift options are 7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m., 3:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m., and 11:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m. No prior experience is necessary; training is provided. Candidates with retail, food service, or hospitality backgrounds may be a good fit.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a reliable means of communication, such as a pager or phone.
• Must have a reliable means of transportation and a driver's license with a clean record.
• Must have the legal right to work in the United States.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write English.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must have a SORA card or be able to obtain one within two weeks.
