About The Position

KRE Security, LLC is hiring dependable and professional Security Officers for a permanent assignment at a gated residential lakefront community in Auburn, Pennsylvania. Officers maintain a visible security presence during their shifts, patrol the community, monitor access, and respond to incidents or resident concerns. The role involves working independently while providing professional customer service in a structured residential environment. The posting describes the role as part-time and lists a consistent, non-rotating schedule: Monday and Wednesday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, and Thursday, 8:00 PM–4:00 PM. Compensation is $16.75 per hour. Security experience is preferred but not required.

Requirements

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Conduct routine patrols throughout the residential community.
Monitor community entrances, roadways, amenities, and perimeter areas.
Identify and report suspicious activity, safety hazards, or policy violations.
Respond to alarms, disturbances, and resident concerns as needed.
Maintain a visible and professional security presence throughout the shift.
Ensure community rules and security procedures are followed.
Complete accurate daily activity and incident reports.
Document patrol activity and notable incidents using a smartphone or reporting system.
Communicate effectively with supervisors, management, and residents.
Provide professional customer service while maintaining security standards.
