About The Position

KRE Security, LLC is seeking dependable and professional Security Officers for a permanent second-shift assignment at a gated residential lakefront community in Auburn, Pennsylvania. Officers provide a visible security presence during evening hours, patrol the community, monitor access, and respond to incidents and resident concerns as needed. The role involves working independently while providing professional customer service in a structured residential setting. The position offers a consistent, non-rotating weekly schedule and long-term placement. The listed schedule is Monday through Wednesday, 4:00 PM–11:00 PM, and Saturday and Sunday, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM. Compensation is $16.75 per hour.

Requirements

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Successfully pass a background check.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

Conduct routine patrols throughout the residential community.
Monitor community entrances, roadways, amenities, and perimeter areas.
Identify and report suspicious activity, safety hazards, and policy violations.
Respond to alarms, disturbances, and resident concerns as needed.
Maintain a visible and professional security presence throughout the shift.
Ensure community rules and security procedures are followed.
Complete accurate daily activity and incident reports.
Document patrol activity and notable incidents using a smartphone or reporting system.
Communicate effectively with supervisors, management, and residents.
Provide professional customer service while maintaining security standards.
