About The Position

Officers maintain a visible security presence during their shift, patrol the community, monitor access, and respond to incidents and resident concerns. The role involves working independently while providing professional customer service in a structured environment with a consistent, non-rotating schedule and long-term placement opportunity.

Requirements

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Strong communication and observation skills.
Ability to work independently.

Comfortable working outdoors and in varying weather conditions.
Must successfully pass a background check.
Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.

Responsibilities

Conduct routine patrols throughout the residential community.
Monitor community entrances, roadways, amenities, and perimeter areas.
Identify and report suspicious activity, safety hazards, or policy violations.
Respond to alarms, disturbances, and resident concerns as needed.
Maintain a visible and professional security presence throughout the shift.
Ensure community rules and security procedures are followed.
Complete accurate daily activity and incident reports.
Document patrol activity and notable incidents using a smartphone or reporting system.
Communicate effectively with supervisors, management, and residents.
Provide professional customer service while maintaining security standards.
