About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a part-time Unarmed Patrol Driver Security Officer in Atlanta, Georgia. The officer will serve and safeguard clients in a property environment by conducting unarmed patrols, maintaining a visible presence, providing customer service, documenting activities, and responding professionally to concerns. The role follows site-specific procedures and emergency response activities and emphasizes integrity, teamwork, and effective communication.

The schedule is Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM. Pay is $16.48 per hour.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions and must meet Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• At least one year of security-related experience.
• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable law.
• Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply under state or local laws and regulations and may be required before employment.

Nice To Haves

• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to guests, tenants, staff, and visitors while following site-specific procedures and policies and carrying out emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned facilities, parking areas, common areas, and perimeter locations; deter unauthorized activity and report observations.
• Respond calmly and professionally to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations, following established escalation procedures.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorized entry where applicable, and report access-control concerns to site leadership.
• Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation in accordance with company and site requirements.
