About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Driver Badge Verification in Frisco, Texas. This position provides a dependable assigned-site schedule, with the option to claim additional shifts through the company’s scheduling platform. The assigned weekly shift requires a six-month commitment. Employees may work part-time hours or build up to a full-time schedule of as many as 40 hours per week, with the option to scale back. The position is intended for unarmed security work at a healthcare facility.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements; a valid license is required for driving positions.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; armed roles require candidates to be at least 21.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
• Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• State and/or local licensing requirements may apply and may need to be satisfied before employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors while following site-specific procedures and carrying out emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of healthcare facility buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Respond calmly to incidents, medical-related emergencies, and critical situations, follow established protocols, and notify appropriate personnel.
• Monitor access points and facility activity, reporting suspicious conditions, hazards, and security-related concerns according to site procedures.
• Accurately document patrol activities, incidents, and observations, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
