About The Position

As a part-time, unarmed patrol Security Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location in Fort Worth, Texas, you will safeguard clients and provide customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, support access control and badge verification, and communicate using computer or tablet systems. The role is scheduled Monday, Tuesday, and Friday from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements may apply under state or local laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, employees, contractors, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, production areas, access points, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
Monitor access by verifying credentials, maintaining visitor and contractor logs, and reporting unauthorized entry attempts or policy violations.
Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations, following site-specific procedures and communicating with appropriate personnel or emergency responders.
Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities in clear and accurate reports, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
